Refund Policy Guidelines
Payments for our web design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. When a payment / deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Throughout the development of the project, we set-up touch points with the client to discuss their overall thoughts and progress of the project. If the client decides to cancel or postpone the project, all monies paid are retained by iWebSource and if applicable, an additional fee may be applied for any work completed beyond what was already paid.
Virtual Private Servers
It is our goal to make sure that everyone can try our VPS service without any financial risk, so we offer a 15-day Money Back Guarantee on all new VPS orders. To request a refund simply login to your account and submit a ticket to our cancellation department
Shared and Reseller Hosting
iWebSource cares deeply about the satisfaction of every customer. With this in mind, we have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee policy for anyone who is not completely satisfied with our shared or reseller hosting plans within the first 30 days of sign up. To request a refund simply login to your account and submit a ticket to our cancellation department. If the account has labeled as fraud or used their hosting service for malicious purposes, such as Email spamming or DDOS attempts, then the account will be suspended immediately, no refund available.
If for some reason you cannot complete the SSL certificate order process, you can request to have a full refund by submitting a ticket to our billing department. Once an SSL certificate has been issued, no refund is available for any reason.
Domain Registration, Renewals and Transfers
Once a domain has been successfully registered, renewed or transferred, no refund is available for any reason.
